Delivery Information

Orders over R1 500.00 are delivered free of charge.

Orders under R1 500.00 are delivered at R90.00 Including VAT.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to any physical address within South Africa provided it is not in an informal settlement. We also do not deliver to certain townships.

Insurance

All shipments are comprehensively insured at no additional cost to you. Delivery is 100% guaranteed or your money back.

Delivery Methods

We do not ship with the SA Post Office or via PostNet.

We do not deliver outside of South Africa.

2 – 3 Business Days:

2 – 4 Business Days:

• Rest of Gauteng
• KwaZulu-Natal
• Mpumalanga
• North West
• Free State
• Limpopo

3 – 5 Business Days:

• Western Cape
• Eastern Cape
• Northern Cape

Delivery may take longer to outlying and rural areas.

Collection Information

You have the option to collect your order from our warehouse located at:

992 Meadowbrook Business Estate, Jacaranda Avenue,
Olivedale, Randburg, Johannesburg, 2188

Place your order online and select “Pay On Collection”. We will process your order for collection and notify you as soon as it is ready. Do not arrive at our warehouse until you receive this confirmation.

You can pay at our warehouse using cash, card, or EFT.
